DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the State of Kuwait via Aramex, & ACACIA shipping.
After you place an order on ACACIA COLLECTION, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
If you chose to use the COD (Cash on Delivery) Service kindly note we will contact you via Whatsap,SMS, or call to confirm your order before processing. If we didn't get the reply after 24 Hours, your order will be cancelled.
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include your shipment tracking numbers.

Our shipper service company delivers directly to your doorstep with in 5 to 7 working days in your country.
In most cases the shipper company will call you to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you. This will have a date by which you need to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery.
Custom Duties Some countries charge customs duties and taxes on importing goods from overseas. Custom duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
The shipper company may contact you to obtain a copy of your ID in order to complete the customs procedure. However, they will not ask you for any payments. Please contact us if you are asked to pay anything.
